Smart coaching and safe stories, built with care.

lucapiu makes two apps: Tuned, an AI coach that plans your training and explains its advice, and Little Wonders, choose-your-own-adventure stories that children can safely enjoy.

CoachingAISafe, engaging storytelling
Tuned

An endurance coach that shows its working.

Tuned reads your own intervals.icu data, tracks readiness and fatigue, and proposes your next seven days with a short why for every session. Approved sessions are written straight into your calendar.

  • Built on your data. It connects to your intervals.icu account and judges you against your own baselines, not a typical athlete.
  • Explains its reasoning. Every proposed session carries a short why; every trend note shows the numbers behind it.
  • You stay in charge. You approve an exact before and after; it reads each change back to check it, and can undo the whole batch.
  • More than riding. A strength tracker with timers and an exercise bank, structured strength workouts, session analysis, a read-aloud coach, clothing and fuelling guidance, and race-aware planning.

Try a choiceSample

Pip the unicorn foal stands at the edge of a soft, glowing cloud. Which way should Pip go?

Little Wonders

Stories children choose, adults can trust.

A choose-your-own-adventure for children (about 3 to 8) set in the Cloud Kingdom with Pip the unicorn foal, Tuft the sparkle-sneezing lamb and Grandma Nimbus. Every scene has three choices and every story ends well. Parents sign in with a cloud account, and kid profiles sync across devices.

  • Read-aloud story modes. Puzzles become spoken questions, so pre-readers can play too.
  • English, Dutch and Italian. Every episode is written in all three, with small word cards.
  • Little puzzles. Counting, patterns, rhymes and more, at an easy or a harder level.
  • Parents in control. Settings sit behind a small parental gate. Each child has a profile, a nickname and an age band only: no real names, no exact ages.
How we use AI

AI where it helps. Rules where it matters.

How we use AI in each app, and where we do not.

In Tuned

  • Code, not the AI, owns every number and guardrail: training load, intensity limits, rest days, ramp rate.
  • The AI composes sessions inside those limits and explains them. A session that keeps failing the checks is replaced by a labelled, code-built one.
  • The AI never writes to your calendar. Writes are switched off by default and need your approval.
  • The AI sees computed numbers and what you told the coach, with no ids, names, locations, raw ride data or keys.

In Little Wonders

  • Stories are pre-generated and human-reviewed. There is no AI at play time.
  • Children type nothing. They only choose between options.
  • An automated check proves each story is complete and safe in all three languages before it can be built.
Safe by design

Privacy and safety are built in, not added later.

Little ones stay vague

A child is a nickname (20 characters at most) and an age band: 3-4, 5-6 or 7-8. Profiles live under a parent account, with no analytics and no advertising.

Your keys, your data

Each Tuned account's data is kept apart. Your intervals.icu key is stored encrypted. You can download all your data, or delete your account.

Not a doctor

Tuned gives no medical advice. A red-flag check for symptoms such as chest pain runs before any AI call and replies with a fixed message: see a doctor and stop training.
